Armani’s revenue dips but profit rises in 2025

The Armani Group reported 2025 full-year revenue of 2.192 billion euros ($2.57 billion), down 2.8% at constant exchange rates, weighed by weak wholesale performance and sluggish demand for high-end fashion. Operating profit rose 2% on strict cost management. The results mark the first full-year figures since founder Giorgio Armani’s death on September 4, 2025. CEO Giuseppe Marsocci warned of a “possible structural change” in how current and potential consumers approach luxury. He confirmed the plan to sell a 15% stake remains active with strong market interest, though formal talks with potential buyers — LVMH, L’Oréal, and EssilorLuxottica — have not yet begun.
