Galeries Lafayette has launched a pop-up with Chinese designer Feng Chen Wang at its Shenzhen UpperHills store, showcasing the brand’s 2026 spring/summer collection. The activation highlights Feng Chen Wang’s signature deconstructed tailoring and traditional Chinese botanical dyeing techniques, aligned with the retailer’s seasonal theme “Crafting the New.” The pop-up forms part of Galeries Lafayette’s broader positioning as a “fashion curator,” using temporary exhibitions to foster dialogue between brands and consumers. The French department store, founded in 1893, entered China in 2013 and currently operates stores in Beijing, Shanghai, and Shenzhen.
