Demna unveils new ‘Generation Gucci’ campaign

Gucci has unveiled the latest chapter of its “Generation Gucci” campaign, photographed by creative director Demna across 84 images following his debut runway show in Milan this February. The campaign introduces a new cast and signals a clear house shift, featuring sharp two-piece suits, head-to-toe leather, equestrian-print silk, underwear-inspired layers, fluid jersey gowns, and sleek footwear. Accessories take center stage: the Jackie 1961 returns in new proportions, the Dionysus gets sharper edges, and the Paparazzo bag — featuring the Web stripe and Horsebit hardware — emerges as a standout. Demna’s saturated backgrounds and sculptural poses allow multiple eras of Gucci to coexist, positioning the house's identity as built through iteration rather than singular declaration.
