Prada’s Rong Zhai marks first year with four-hand dinner
Prada’s fine dining space Mi Shang Prada Rong Zhai, located in Shanghai’s historic Rong Zhai mansion, has marked its first anniversary. Created in collaboration with director Wong Kar-wai, the restaurant will host an exclusive four-hand tasting menu on May 16, co-created by resident chef Riccardo La Perna and guest chef Lorenzo Lunghi of Torre at Fondazione Prada in Milan. La Perna focuses on refined simplicity balancing Italian and Chinese culinary culture, while Lunghi emphasizes sustainable cooking and seasonality.
