Valentino has renewed its partnership with the 16th Beijing International Film Festival (April 16-25) for a second consecutive year, sponsoring the “Forward Future” section dedicated to emerging global directors. The awards ceremony takes place April 22, honoring seven categories. Chinese actress Cya Liu — winner of the 2022 Hong Kong Film Award for Best Actress — has been named the section’s first “New Vision Film Curator.” From April 21 to 25, the brand will transform its Beijing Sanlitun boutique into an immersive cinematic space.
