British premium cycling apparel brand Rapha has appointed Scott Mellin, former global chief brand officer of Salomon, to its board of directors as the company looks to expand its global community. Mellin brings more than three decades of brand-building experience from outdoor and performance sport brands including The North Face and Salomon. Rapha CEO Fran Millar said Mellin’s track record would be “invaluable” as the company grows its global reach without compromising its identity.
