Estée Lauder launched its Intelligent Supply Chain Operations Center in Shanghai on March 26. The 130,000-sqm facility, developed with SF Express, is the company’s most automated omnichannel fulfillment hub globally, capable of processing over 400,000 orders per day with 24/7 unmanned operations. A “dual-warehouse model” integrating bonded and non-bonded logistics marks a first for China’s beauty industry. Alongside centers in Guangzhou and Wuhan, it will nearly double next-day delivery coverage versus 2021 levels. The hub has achieved LEED Gold certification.
