K11 Musea, New World Development’s flagship Hong Kong complex, is advancing a luxury repositioning plan that will refresh over 30% of leasable retail space and introduce more than 60 new brands. Since H2 2024, the mall has attracted over 10 top-tier luxury brands to open, upgrade, or expand, with double-digit rental growth expected for upgraded spaces. The plan targets doubling K11 Musea’s luxury footprint over two years, with a Prada duplex store and Miu Miu boutique among upcoming openings. The phased transformation — targeting basement through third floors — is expected to conclude around 2031.
