Prada has opened “Diagrams” at Rong Zhai in Shanghai (March 14-June 21, 2026), an exhibition conceived by Dutch architect Rem Koolhaas’ Office for Metropolitan Architecture and its research arm, supported by the Prada Foundation. First shown in Venice in 2025, the show presents more than 150 works — from 12th-century manuscripts to contemporary digital media — organized around five themes: built environment, body, resources, truth, and value. Highlights include China’s Ming dynasty encyclopedia Sancai Tuhui and W.E.B. Du Bois’ sociological visual studies, illustrating how data visualization has shaped knowledge across disciplines and cultures.
