Maison Margiela has released a short film titled “Joy” to celebrate its Spring Summer 2026 collection, starring Oscar-nominated composer Max Richter alongside 43 young musicians from French nonprofit Association Orchestre à l’École. Shot at Paris’ Théâtre de la Villette, the film takes its name from Richter’s original score and features the musicians in suits treated with the brand’s signature “bianchetto” white-painted technique. Spotlighted accessories include reissued heel-less shoes in Western boot and pump styles and the new thermoformed Box Bag.
