L Catterton creates Brazil’s biggest beauty chain
L Catterton, the LVMH-affiliated investment firm, announced on March 10 the integration of Brazilian beauty retailers Bel Cosméticos and Mundo do Cabeleireiro, creating the country’s largest multi-brand specialty beauty retail platform. The combined entity operates over 130 stores across major Brazilian states, with plans to expand across haircare, skincare, cosmetics, and fragrances at multiple price points, alongside investment in omnichannel operations and loyalty programs.
