Italian fashion group Aeffe, owner of Moschino, Alberta Ferretti, and Pollini, has received several non-binding expressions of interest from potential Italian and international buyers. The company, currently navigating a negotiated settlement procedure involving collective redundancies, aims to identify a suitable party by the end of May, prioritizing buyers that will maintain the integrity of its production site. The Italian Ministry of Business, which hosted discussions in Rome, has called for a credible recovery plan and pledged employment protection support. The next meeting is scheduled for April 28.
