Following Demna’s debut Gucci show in Milan, Kering has announced a corporate restructuring to optimize operational efficiency and support sustainable growth across its houses. Two new group-level centers of excellence — Industry and Client — have been established, with Stéphane Noël named Chief Industrial Officer (effective April 1) and Carlo Mocci appointed Chief Client Officer (effective May 4). Both join Kering’s Executive Committee and report to CEO Luca de Meo. Fedele Usai has also been appointed Chief Marketing Officer, effective immediately, while Daniele Zito was named Chief Commercial Officer in January.
