Charlotte Tilbury names Puig veteran as new CMO
Charlotte Tilbury has appointed Jerome Leloup as Chief Marketing Officer, effective March 2. Leloup brings 25 years of experience, including 13 years at parent company Puig — most recently as VP at Rabanne — plus seven years at Parfums Christian Dior and five years at L’Oreal. He will relocate to London, where the brand is headquartered. The appointment follows reports that CEO Demetra Pinsent had resigned. Puig reported 2025 revenue of 5.04 billion euros ($5.45 billion), up 5.3%.
