SMCP, the French luxury group owning Sandro, Maje, Claudie Pierlot, and Fursac, reported annual sales of 1.22 billion euros ($1.32 billion) in 2025, up 1.7% at constant exchange rates. The company returned to profitability with net income of 16.6 million euros ($18 million), reversing a 23.6 million euros ($25.6 million) loss in 2024. Adjusted EBIT reached 95 million euros ($103 million), an 80% increase. Sales grew in EMEA and the Americas, but fell 11.9% in Asia-Pacific. For 2026, SMCP plans international expansion via partner agreements in India, Eastern Europe, and the Middle East, while targeting profitability across its approximately 135 Chinese stores.
