K11 Musea sees 60% tourist spending surge in Golden Week

K11 Musea recorded its strongest festive Golden Week performance since opening, driven by rebounding inbound tourism and resilient luxury spending. The Hong Kong harbourfront mall saw footfall increase 10% YoY from February 16 to 22. Tourist spending surged 60% YoY, with the largest single transaction exceeding HK$2 million ($255,911). Member sales climbed 54% YoY. Watches and jewelry jumped 140%, while international luxury brands rose 40%. Festive initiatives including lion dance performances and an Alipay rewards partnership boosted traffic. New World Development expects K11 Musea to maintain solid performance into the upcoming Labour Day Golden Week.
