South Korea, Brazil sign K-beauty trade deal
Brazil and South Korea have signed a memorandum of understanding to boost health sector regulatory cooperation, easing barriers for K-beauty exports to Brazil. The agreement was signed during President Lula’s state visit to Seoul, where South Korean President Lee Jae-myung noted bilateral trade exceeds $10 billion annually. The two leaders also elevated their relationship to a “strategic partnership.” The deal opens one of the world’s largest beauty markets to greater access for South Korean skincare products.
