Chow Tai Fook confirms mid-March gold price hikes
Chow Tai Fook will raise prices on its gold products in mid-March following the Spring Festival, with fixed-price items expected to rise 15% to 30%. A sales representative at the brand’s Beijing Jingxi Grand Joy City store confirmed the increase, citing a Five Emperor Coins gold bracelet (29.88 grams) currently priced at 53,800 RMB ($7,403) set to rise to 71,800 RMB ($9,883) — a surge exceeding 33% that would push its per-gram price past 2,400 RMB ($330).
