Panerai has named Daniel Chang as Managing Director for the Asia-Pacific region, effective April 1, 2026. The appointment comes as the brand sharpens its strategic focus on heritage, performance, and brand desirability — a direction endorsed by parent group Richemont. Chang will relocate from Shanghai to Hong Kong and report to Panerai CEO Emmanuel Perrin. A nearly 30-year veteran of the luxury industry, Chang joined Panerai in 2023 as China Managing Director. Prior to that, he held marketing and retail roles across Greater China, Southeast Asia, and Korea at Montblanc, Jaeger-LeCoultre, and Cartier.
