Nike CEO sees global transformation gaining pace

Nike CEO Elliott Hill said the company’s global transformation is gaining pace, with wholesale momentum set to return as new products roll out. Speaking February 11 during the Milan Winter Games, Hill said wholesale — still roughly 60% of revenue — is recovering after improved retail partnerships in North America. The company now aims to replicate that progress in Europe and Asia. Since taking the helm in 2024, Hill has pushed performance innovation in running and basketball, revived Nike’s outdoor “All Conditions Gear” line, and plans to refocus Converse on basketball, skateboarding, and Jack Purcell. Greater China remains a challenge.
