LVMH announced that Véronique Courtois has been appointed Chairman and CEO of its Perfumes & Cosmetics division, effective immediately. She succeeds Stéphane Rinderknech, who is leaving to pursue personal projects. Courtois will retain her role as President and CEO of Parfums Christian Dior and join the group’s Executive Committee. The leadership change occurs as LVMH’s beauty division faces growth headwinds, with a 1% organic revenue decline in Q4 despite an 8% rise in recurring operating profit for 2025. Courtois is a 26-year LVMH veteran with experience across Guerlain and Christian Dior. Simultaneously, Antoine Arnault will join the Executive Committee, taking on broader responsibilities for brand image, communications, and sustainability strategy.
