Dubai-based real estate developer Ithra Dubai has unveiled plans to construct the world’s first “Gold Street,” a signature feature of the Dubai Gold District masterplan. The aim is to establish a central hub designed to integrate retail, bullion trading, wholesale, and investment activities, thereby reinforcing Dubai’s position as a global nexus for gold and jewelry commerce. The district is planned to host over 1,000 gold, jewelry, fragrance, and cosmetics brands. To accommodate international buyers and tourists, the area will include six hotels offering more than 1,000 guest rooms.
