Luxury fragrance brand Jo Malone London has named Chinese-American actress Liu Yifei its new global brand ambassador. The 36-year-old star rose to international fame as Hua Mulan in Disney’s 2020 live-action Mulan and recently voiced Asha in the Mandarin dub of Wish. Born An Feng in Wuhan, Liu emigrated to New York at 10, returned to China in 2002 to pursue acting, and graduated from Beijing Film Academy in 2006. With 74.2 million Weibo followers, she is one of China’s top influencers.
