Tang Shuang named Editor-in-Chief of ‘Numéro China’ by Meta Media Group

Meta Media Group recently announced that veteran fashion critic Tang Shuang has been appointed Editor-in-Chief of Numéro China, taking full responsibility for its omnichannel content. Meanwhile, Lawrence Xiao, Publisher and Editor-in-Chief of NOWNESS, will also serve as Publisher of Numéro China. His key mandate is to promote the integration of the two titles’ social media and film production departments, bringing NOWNESS’ proven operational expertise into Numéro China to strengthen platform synergies and cross-disciplinary resource integration. The restructuring also marks the return of stylist Klaire Chen as Special Creative Director. The revamped Numéro China will no longer be confined to a traditional magazine format, but will instead refocus on its core strengths — Numéro Studio’s film and visual production and the Numéro Blanche curatorial platform — while expanding into in-depth interviews, podcast content led by Tang Shuang, and initiatives designed to support local designers.
