LVMH has announced the appointment of Amandine Ohayon as the new CEO of Givenchy, effective January 9. Ohayon will succeed Alessandro Valenti and will report directly to Pietro Beccari, Chairman and CEO of LVMH Fashion Group and Chairman and CEO of Louis Vuitton. Alessandro Valenti, who joined Givenchy in July 2024 after a decade at Louis Vuitton, will transition to the role of Deputy General Manager for Commercial Operations at Christian Dior Couture, effective January 12. Amandine Ohayon brings over 25 years of experience in luxury and beauty. Her career includes roles at L’Oréal, where she oversaw brands such as YSL Beauty and Armani Beauty, and most recently as CEO of Stella McCartney since November 2023.
