The product, a men’s business-style goose down jacket from Bosideng’s 2025 collection, has a fill power of over 700. The jacket has already sold over 2,000 units at a discounted price of 1,999 RMB ($274). In response to pricing concerns, Bosideng’s customer service stated that the product meets national standards and that price is determined by multiple factors beyond fill weight, such as materials and design. While Bosideng recently reported steady half-year revenue growth, its stock price has fallen about 13% since November, reflecting market caution amid increasing public scrutiny.
