K11 Musea reports 50% holiday traffic increase
New World Development announced strong holiday performance at its cultural retail destination, K11 Musea. During the New Year’s Eve period and the subsequent three-day holiday (December 31 to January 3), foot traffic at K11 Musea increased by nearly 50% YoY, while member spending grew over 40% compared to the same period last year. Sales at international luxury brands and watch and jewelry retailers were particularly strong, rising by more than 40% and 80% YoY, respectively. The largest single transaction recorded during the period exceeded HK$1 million ($128,500).
