Park Hyatt launches 2025 ‘Masters of Food & Wine’ program in China
The Park Hyatt hotel group has launched its 2025 “Masters of Food & Wine” program, which began at the Hangzhou property on November 18 before moving to Suzhou, Beijing, and Shenzhen. The event series, a brand signature since 2003, pairs the hotel group’s chefs with pianist Zhao Yinyin for a multi-sensory dining experience that explores the intersection of music and cuisine. The program in Hangzhou featured a six-course dinner curated by five Park Hyatt master chefs alongside a musical performance by Zhao and principal musicians from Germany’s Dresden Staatskapelle. Each course was designed to correspond with a specific musical piece.
