Tapestry sales rise 16% on Coach’s performance

In fiscal 2026 Q1 ending September 27, Tapestry reported group sales rising 16% YoY to $1.7 billion excluding divested Stuart Weitzman. Net profit reached $274.8 million, driven by flagship brand Coach, where revenue jumped 22% YoY to $1.43 billion. Kate Spade remained transitional, with sales declining 8% to $260.2 million. The group attracted 2.2 million new customers, approximately 35% from Gen Z. Coach’s momentum was validated by its fifth-place ranking in the Lyst Index Q3 2025 report, recording a 29% quarter-over-quarter increase in search interest.
