French luxury brand Longchamp launched its first heritage space, “La Maison de Famille Longchamp,” in a restored historic villa in Shanghai’s Hengfu district. The 200-sqm venue marks the brand’s first standalone experiential space in China, blending Parisian heritage with Shanghai’s urban culture. Located at 12 Wukang Road, the space features interiors reflecting different aspects of the family-run business, including a living room with archival pieces, kitchen and dining space, and a garden highlighting sustainability commitments. The design combines Haussmann-style elements with French furniture and a permanent café serving French pastries, emphasizing cultural exchange over conventional retail.
