French fashion house Maison Margiela has revealed plans for its inaugural residential development, Maison Margiela Residences, located in Dubai’s Jumeirah district. The project translates the brand’s signature deconstructivist and minimalist aesthetics into architectural language, featuring interior designs that incorporate travertine furniture and resin-based optical illusions. The residences will maintain the brand’s philosophical approach through amenities including an art gallery, library, fitness center, infinity pool, spa, and a dedicated Margiela Café. Scheduled to launch alongside a new Dubai boutique and café, the project is intended to create an integrated brand experience that blends luxury living with distinctive fashion sensibility.
