Arc’teryx Greater China General Manager Ivan She has departed the premium outdoor brand, marking the second major executive change at parent company Amer Sports China within a year. She, who had just been promoted to the China leadership role at the beginning of this year, exits following the controversial Himalayan fireworks incident that damaged the brand’s outdoor credentials and sparked public criticism. She’s responsibilities will be temporarily assumed by Amer Sports Greater China President Jeffery Ma, who will report directly to Arc’teryx Global CEO Stuart Haselden. Ma, who joined Amer Sports in July with extensive experience from Belle International, Topsports, and Adidas China, takes over during a critical period.
