Proya names former L’Oréal exec Jin Chang CFO
Proya has named Jin Chang, a former L’Oréal China executive, as its new financial controller, filling a position vacant for nearly five months. The appointment was confirmed during the company’s recent board meeting. Jin brings nearly three decades of financial and investment experience, including roles at KPMG, AkzoNobel, and L’Oréal China, where he served as Finance Development Director. Most recently, he acted as partner and CFO of Amiro, a domestic beauty device brand. The move comes as Proya pushes forward with Hong Kong IPO plans. EY has been appointed as audit firm for the offering.
