Luxury diamond company De Beers has announced Chinese actress Tang Wei as its newest brand ambassador. The appointment was revealed alongside advertising campaigns featuring Tang showcasing the brand’s 2025 “Essence of Nature” high jewelry collection and classic Soothing Lotus series. Tang gained international recognition through Lust, Caution (2007) and has built an acclaimed career. She is the first non-Korean actress to win Best Actress honors at South Korea’s Baeksang Arts Awards and Blue Dragon Film Awards.
