Hermès has announced that Carole Dupont-Pietri, its head of investor relations, will step down after an 11-year tenure with the group. Alexandra Boucheron, formerly responsible for investor relations at French electronics and technology group Thales, is set to take over the role next month. Dupont-Pietri joined Hermès International in 2014 and played a key role in strengthening the brand’s communications with capital markets. During her leadership, Hermès saw its market value rise significantly, becoming the second-largest listed company in France and the eighth-largest in Europe.
