Dongfeng aims to triple European sales to 80,000 units
Chinese automaker Dongfeng Motor plans to sell 80,000 vehicles in Europe in 2026, tripling expected 2025 sales of 25,000-30,000 units. CEO Xie Qian announced the target in Turin, Italy. The company will offer internal combustion, hybrid, range extender, and electric vehicles across 10-plus models spanning city cars to large SUVs under three brands: Dongfeng, premium Voyah, and off-road M-Hero. A dealer network of 280 locations will support expansion by year-end, focusing on Italy, Poland, Germany, and France. A European assembly plant remains under consideration pending sustained sales growth.
