Aman has announced its first Singapore property, Aman Singapore, scheduled to open in 2028. The hotel will occupy The Skywaters, a 63-story, 305m skyscraper set to become Singapore’s tallest building. The project is developed by a consortium led by Perennial Holdings Private, with architecture by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill. Aman Singapore will be designed by Kerry Hill Architects. The development will include Aman Residences and a private members’ club. The hotel will reportedly feature only 11 suites on floors 24 to 26, with amenities including a full-floor spa and infinity pool. Aman Singapore will be the brand’s fourth urban property.
