Chinese jewelry brand Laopu Gold has opened its largest global flagship at Hong Kong’s International Finance Centre this week, its third store in the city and a key step in expanding its international profile. The 400-sqm space follows openings at Harbour City and Canton Road. The brand reported overseas sales of 1.6 billion RMB ($220 million) in H1 2025, up 455% YoY and accounting for nearly 13% of revenue. Hong Kong and Macau are counted as overseas markets in its reporting, alongside its first international store in Singapore. Laopu’s rapid growth has caught attention from global luxury groups: LVMH chairman Bernard Arnault recently visited its Shanghai stores.
