Tod’s Americas CEO Roberto Lorenzini to step down
Italian luxury group Tod’s announced that Roberto Lorenzini will step down as CEO of its Americas division. The decision was made jointly with the Della Valle family, the group’s controlling shareholders. Lorenzini will remain as an advisor during the transition to ensure business continuity. Lorenzini joined Tod’s in 2012, overseeing the Tod’s, Roger Vivier, and Fay brands. During his tenure, he strengthened the U.S. market team, guided the company through the pandemic, supported new business models, and reinforced partnerships with key wholesale clients.
