Zegna Group reports 2% revenue decline in H1 2025

Zegna Group reported H1 2025 revenues of 928 million euros ($1.0 billion), down 2% at constant exchange rates, while its Direct-to-Consumer channel grew 6% organically. Net profit rose 53% YoY to 48 million euros ($51.8 million). The Zegna segment delivered strong results, with operating margin up 150 basis points to 14.3%, offsetting weaker contributions from Thom Browne and Tom Ford Fashion, which are undergoing strategic transformation. CEO Ermenegildo “Gildo” Zegna said results reflect the group’s focus on strengthening DTC operations and operational efficiency while reaffirming long-term 2027 goals.
