Ulta Beauty raises forecast after strong Q2
Ulta Beauty raised its full-year forecast after beating expectations in Q2 2025. The retailer now projects net sales of $12 billion–$12.1 billion, up from $11.5 billion–$11.7 billion, and earnings per share of $23.85–$24.30. Comparable sales are expected to grow 2.5%–3.5%. For the quarter ended August 2, revenue rose to $2.79 billion from $2.55 billion, while net income increased to $260.9 million, or $5.78 per share. Comparable sales jumped 6.7%, driven by higher transactions and spending per visit. The company is expanding internationally with Space NK acquisition, a new Mexico store, and Middle East plans.
