Abercrombie reports strong Q2, raises 2025 guidance

Abercrombie & Fitch reported strong second-quarter results, with net sales rising 7% YoY to $1.2 billion and net income climbing 11.7% to $141.4 million. The company’s Hollister brand posted a 19% increase, while the Abercrombie label fell 5%. On the back of these results, the U.S. apparel retailer raised its full-year 2025 sales growth forecast to 5%-7% and lifted earnings guidance from $9.50-$10 per share to $10–$10.50. CEO Fran Horowitz said the company remains focused on long-term brand growth, leveraging supply chain flexibility and expansion into emerging markets.
