K11 Art Mall hits record traffic with 100% occupancy

New World Development reported its Hong Kong flagship K11 Art Mall achieved record-high foot traffic in fiscal year 2025, with occupancy rates maintained at 100%. The surge was driven by anime and collectible toy brands, international first stores, exclusive pop-ups, and cross-brand collaborations that attracted younger consumers. Sales from anime and collectible toy retailers jumped more than 65% YoY, while major sports and fashion brands saw growth of around 40%. Management pointed to strong demand for pop culture merchandise and experiential retail concepts as key growth drivers. Beyond retail, New World Development recorded solid property sales in both Hong Kong and mainland China.
