Adidas has concluded its talent development program Adidas Creator Experience, initiated by its Creation Center Shanghai (CCS). The program forms part of the company’s “In China, for China” strategy, aimed at generating localized products with fresh perspectives. Its first recruitment drive in 2024 attracted over 100 applications, with four students selected. Products developed during their internships were successfully launched, and two participants later joined Adidas full-time as members of the CCS team. This year, the program adopted the theme “Culture to Couture: China’s Pulse Re:Imagined,” covering footwear, apparel, and accessories. Thousands of applications were submitted from top design schools worldwide, and after rigorous competition, nine participants secured offers to join Adidas.
