K11 Group announced plans to open its second Shanghai project, K11 Elysea, on Huaihai Middle Road near Huaihai Park and 200m from the city’s first K11 Art Mall. The development will integrate historic architecture with modern buildings, covering 130,000 sqm total floor area including 52,000 sqm retail space. Building on K11’s core themes of art, culture, and nature, K11 Elysea aims to form a “twin star” partnership with the existing K11 mall, reinforcing Huaihai Road’s reputation as a cultural hub. Hermès and Singapore law firm Rajah & Tann were announced as first tenants.
