Around 1,000 Gucci retail and logistics employees in Italy have entered a “state of unrest” after accusing the Kering-owned brand of withholding a promised 2025 welfare bonus. Trade unions Filcams Cgil, Fisascat Cisl, and Uiltucs say the bonus was guaranteed under a 2022–2024 agreement that remains valid without a new deal. They reject Gucci’s proposal to link payment to a broader review of incentive schemes. The unions accused the company of “wasting precious time” and disrespecting staff. Gucci has not responded.
