Unilever’s H1 revenue falls 3.2% amid China weakness
Unilever reported a 3.2% YoY decline in revenue to 30.13 billion euros ($35.3 billion) in H1 2025, with net profit falling 5.1% to 3.51 billion euros ($4.1 billion). Operating profit dropped 10.6% to 5.32 billion euros ($6.2 billion), amid currency headwinds and asset divestitures. Ice cream and personal care led sales growth, rising 5.9% and 4.8% respectively, while beauty lagged behind. Premium skincare brands Vaseline and Dove grew, but softness in China and Indonesia weighed on results. Emerging markets rose 2.8%, with India up 4%.
