Zegna Group reported 927.7 million euros ($1.07 billion) in revenue for H1 2025, down 3.4% YoY, impacted by currency headwinds. Q2 revenue fell 5.7% to 468.9 million euros ($542 million), with organic revenue down 2.6%. Zegna brand sales rose 0.8% to 570.4 million euros ($660 million), while Thom Browne dropped 22.5% to 129.2 million euros ($149 million) amid a shift to direct-to-consumer (DTC). Tom Ford Fashion rose 2.8% to 152.7 million euros ($177 million). By region, sales rose 6.8% in the Americas to 262.7 million euros ($304 million), but declined 16.2% in Greater China to 223.1 million euros ($258 million) and 2.3% in EMEA to 328.9 million euros ($381 million). Thom Browne CEO Rodrigo Bazan will step down on August 31 and be succeeded by Nordstrom executive Sam Lobban.
