Lemaire, Mengyu Zhou explore love in Qixi push

To mark this year’s Qixi Festival, French brand Lemaire collaborated with Chinese photographer Mengyu Zhou on a photo series that explores themes of companionship and emotional connection. Set along Shanghai’s Suzhou Creek, the series follows three subjects — Nick, Didi, and Zeo — as they wander through parks and across bridges, eventually gathering in a studio to play music together. The visuals offer a quiet reflection on the interpersonal warmth and understated intimacy associated with China’s traditional Valentine;s Day. As part of the campaign, Lemaire introduced new versions of its signature Fortune Croissant bags made from coated cotton canvas in a dark brick-red hue.
