Meryll Rogge leads race for Marni creative director

Following the departure of Francesco Risso in June, Belgian designer Meryll Rogge has emerged as a leading candidate for the creative director position at Italian fashion house Marni. Rogge is currently enjoying a wave of industry recognition, having won the 2024 Andam Prize and Belgium’s Designer of the Year award, as well as being named a finalist for the 2025 International Woolmark Prize. Known for her bold, feminine, and structured aesthetic, Rogge previously worked at Dries Van Noten and Marc Jacobs before launching her eponymous label.
